The Haywood Park Hotel is a unique property located in historic downtown Asheville, North Carolina. The property, once an Ivey’s Department Store, has been renovated into one of Asheville's finest hotels. We have thirty-three suites that have been individually decorated with such touches as original artwork, hand-made soap dishes, recessed ceilings and crown molding.

We are a full service property and offer such amenities as complimentary valet parking, bell services, turn-down service each night accompanied by hand-made Chocolate Fetish truffles, and a professional staff dedicated to seeing that your stay is pleasurable.

The Haywood Park Hotel is currently owned and operated by Antonio Fraga of the FIRC Group.
