About This Event
Oktoberfest Half Marathon & 5K is a fall running festival in Asheville, North Carolina that pairs chip-timed road races with an Oktoberfest-style craft beer celebration. The courses wind through the River Arts District, the historic Montford neighborhood and West Asheville, with more than eight miles of greenway alongside the French Broad River, and both the half and 5K are USATF-certified. Participants receive race swag such as a technical shirt, custom bib and finisher medal, and beer is offered for those 21 and over.
