I cannot give enough praise for this hotel! Y'all, you want to stay here! Hands down it is the best hotel ever! The location is absolutely in the heart of downtown. So easy to get to EVERYWHERE! The room was huge! The staff was super kind and helpful. There are many historical qualities and added features that are appreciated. The views of downtown are beautiful! I could keep going on this! If you are going to downtown Asheville, this is your hotel! Room 408! This is my go to from now on when visiting Asheville! It is a hidden little gem. We love this place!

Great location in downtown Asheville. Easy walk to most places. The only negative was the room was a little dusty but that wouldn't stop me from staying here again.

Visiting Asheville for mother's day weekend, stayed at a different hotel....ate brunch at Isa's Bistro. Peeked in at Haywood, staff was so nice! Let us view a beautiful room; and we booked a room for July.

Perfect location to walk to our favorite restaurants!

I found an earring and the shower track was dirty .. so maybe I was being too picky but the staff was amazing and I would stay again
