Awesome, great location. Great service

I recently celebrated a two-year anniversary in Asheville and decided to stay outside the downtown area. After driving from Kannapolis, NC, we planned to find a place to stay later in the day. I am incredibly grateful for the outstanding service provided by Bill Kinsloe. Despite it being late at night, Bill went above and beyond to secure the last available room for us, offering a deal I didn't think was possible. His dedication extended beyond check-in, as he also recommended several excellent places to visit during our stay. The hotel itself was immaculate, with spacious rooms and an overall fantastic experience. On Sunday morning, I was pleasantly surprised to see Bill back at the front desk, despite the busy check-out process. The valet service was backed up, but Bill once again demonstrated his commitment to guest satisfaction by personally assisting the valet and delivering our car to us. Bill is an invaluable asset to this hotel, and as long as he is there, I won't consider staying anywhere else in Asheville. Thanks to Bill, our trip was truly memorable.

Great room, great valet service & location. It's a historic hotel so there are interesting facts all around. We upgraded to a room in the wing that was newly renovated. Would recommend doing that if possible.

This is a fantastic historical hotel that allows dogs. The staff is super friendly and helpful, and truly appreciate you. The valets are really nice and promptly bring your vehicle around when you need it. You just text “Car” to the number and they bring it up. My only gripe is not with the hotel, but more with the city of Asheville. I know it’s a super liberal progressive city, and I’m okay with that being from Vermont, but the homeless population is a bit too much, and the starving musicians all over the city is overwhelming. Other than that highly would recommend staying here for the hotel and the staff alone, and the close proximity to restaurants and culture activities.

We had a girls trip to Asheville and the Haywood hotel did not disappoint. It is a beautiful hotel, staff were friendly and helpful. Everything we wanted to do was in walking distance. The arts district is super cool and fun rooftop bars close by. We will stay here again.

Great hotel and great location. My wife and I were greeted with champagne upon check-in and the room was beautiful. This is a very unique hotel in a great location. I highly recommend it.
