Great location to be able to walk out the front door and explore the city. Pay to park which was different than what we saw on the website but the employees were friendly and rooms were nice.

My husband and I stayed at Haywood Park Hotel for a weekend getaway. The check in staff was friendly and professional. Having not stayed here before we weren’t sure about the parking for the hotel. We went around the block several times trying to find the valet spots in front of the hotel available. Without success we parked in the Wall Street parking garage and walked a few blocks back to the hotel. Our room was very beautiful. Lots of space. Updated decor. Very big bathroom. Very comfortable bed. We had meals at the Bistro downstairs. The service was a 10 out of 10 each time we had a meal. The food was beyond delicious. The food was excellent. The only “issues” we experienced was 1- not being able to use the valet parking. 2- although our room was very nice our view out the window was another building, would have preferred a street view over a block wall and lastly 3- the water pressure in the shower was minimal to none, would have loved to be able to enjoy a nice, long, hot shower 😀. We plan another trip to Asheville soon and will stay with Haywood Park Hotel. Will be sure to book a room with a view. Hopefully be able to use valet parking. And Pray the water pressure in the shower is adequate.

Comfortable rooms. The front desk is very attentive. Knocked down a star for long valet waits. This is due to not enough staff and far parking lot.

Great location. Friendly staff. Comfortable bed. Car valet is required and can be backed up.

Nice hotel. Department store theme since that was the building's previous life
