Had elderly parents visiting town with mobility issues, and the valet and staff were incredibly generous and kind to them treating them with dignity and respect and helping, even when one had an issue that required support. The handicap accessible rooms are incredibly well designed to the extent that if you have someone in a wheelchair or with mobility issues, the shower is equipped for them.
