The staff was fabulous from the first phone call to checkout! The room was massive (750 sq ft - they have even larger rooms, but dogs aren't allowed). It was truly dog-friendly, with laminate and tile floors throughout. We set up our dog in the bathroom every time we left because he's a puppy, but even the bathroom was huge. One thing to consider: Housekeeping cannot come in while an unattended dog is in the room, so depending on schedules, they might not be able to clean at all. We set our trash and dirty towels outside every day and they were gone when we got back. Worked for us!

Converted 1920's department store with large rooms, wonderful bathrooms, outstanding service, and Isa's Bistro located on the main level. Just wonderful.

Huge, well-maintained rooms. Service was impeccable. Right in the middle of everything. Always something to do in the area.

We stayed here a couple nights on our way back north from Florida. The location of this hotel is great- lots of restaurants and bars within walking distance. The room was huge- and the bed was so comfortable. We loved the setup when you got off the elevator with a mini lobby with the rooms around it. Our view was out the front of the hotel with huge windows behind the couch and chair area. We loved it here!
