An aging, yet still elegant, gem of a boutique hotel. Reminds me of the Chelsea. I adore its understated style and low key amenities. The staff is top notch. They take excellent care of your, and that is what you want in a fine old hotel.

Hotel is right in a great part of downtown. Great big rooms and bar/restaurant downstairs. Would definitely stay again

We had a beautiful room. The front desk staff was extremely helpful.

Overall a great experience. Staff was excellent, room was spacious and clean. My only issues were that the water in the shower and the tub never got hot. The "hot" water was warm at best. Also, the daily parking rate was too high, especially considering that there would frequently be a wait to get your car from the valet.

Very nice hotel in downtown Asheville. We were greeted with a glass of champagne and breakfast was included. Everyone was very friendly. The rooms were spacious and the amenities were very nice.
