Beautiful room with a great view. Staff were very pleasant and the breakfast was fantastic.

Did not stay at the hotel but walked in. Had shopping and restaurants while being right downtown.

Huge room with windows and very open floor plan. Staff gave great advice about places to eat and visit downtown. The included breakfast was above and beyond. Get the carrot cake pancakes! We loved this place so much we extended out stay a night.

I love this hotel. Champagne upon arrival. Beautiful, spacious room. Very close to all sorts of things to do in Asheville. It's a converted department store, so great ambience. I highly recommend!

We had a wonderful time at Haywood Park Hotel. This was our first trip to Asheville and we wanted to be in the heart of downtown; you can’t get any closer than Haywood Park. The hotel, built into an old department store building, was beautifully appointed. Our room was huge, and I don’t think I’ve ever stayed in a hotel that was as quiet, nor staffed by more attentive employees. Service starts with champagne at check-in, locally crafted chocolates on your bed at turn down, and a thoughtful parting gift when you leave. Breakfast in the restaurant was delicious too. We will definitely stay there again.
