Haywood Park was possibly the best place to stay to experience Asheville. It’s an old department store that’s kept a lot of its original personality, including vintage merchandise on display and little bits of its history everywhere. It was clean and roomy, we had a jacuzzi tub and a fridge and a nice comfy bed. It’s perfectly situated, with many restaurants and shops nearby. The staff was so friendly and helpful! We really enjoyed our stay and hope to return soon.

The hotel was very accommodating of my change of travel plans due to Hurricane Dorian. The hotel is in an A+ location, and the Grand King suite was one of the best hotel rooms I have ever stayed in. I highly recommend this place and will stay again next time im in town!

Great place to stay. Helpful friendly staff. Location is perfect. U can walk everywhere. Breakfast was amazing. Rooms wonderful beds excellent. Loved it

Pure #1 customer service. Greeted with champagne or water and room came with anything on menu from Restaurant. Bellhops got car quickly. All staff was so glad to help and did it well.

Beautiful hotel in the heart of downtown

The breakfast restaurant service was awfully slow.People who sat after our us got their food well ahead of us.When we asked our servers when our food would arrive one told us I don't know this is my first day and the second person was frazzled.If you plan on eating there give yourself more time then you normally would.We opted not to eat there the next morning as we had to get to a timed tour.
