Very nice hotel. I would love to stay here again!

Really good hotel. Knew going in that parking was paid so just pulled over in front for valet parking. Quick checkin and was offered champagne during checkin. Someone playing piano in lobby. One elevator was out of service but getting to room not hassle. Our room was nice and big with city view. A guy playing music on the street. It was typical downtown feeling with everything within couple of blocks. We were super tired from all the day activities so wanted to go to bed early. Walls don’t have good sound isolation so I could hear music from outside and even folk talking in next room. Bed was very comfortable and bathroom was spacious and clean. Best part was breakfast. It was Saturday so they were serving brunch instead of typical breakfast. I will stay here again.

Exceptional hotel and staff!

Absolutely phenomenal! I love the champagne welcome and the chocolate turn down service. The staff was fantastic. I loved the soaps and bath bomb. The whole bathroom actually was pretty awesome. The robes were great as well. The bed was super comfortable with great linens. The room as a whole was large and beautiful with a great view of the street, but also super quiet. My only complaint is they said that the refrigerator would work once I put something in it. I took everything out of my cooler to put in the refrigerator and when I got up the next day everything was pretty much hot. I don't know if something was wrong with my particular refrigerator or what but if it's something important to you, make sure it is actually working. on arrival, you do have to use the valet service as they do not have a parking lot. Keep in mind if you are arriving at typical check-in time there may not be places to park in the valley area of the street. We had to wait for quite some time for enough cars to move to allow us in. Awesome spot in walking distance to so many cool things. Totally worth the money spent to spend the time here. I hope to be back and to stay longer than one night.

Room was so beautiful, staff super friendly, Isas has amazing breakfast, and location is unbeatable. We will definitely be back!
