Grand suite was incredible. Had a lovely stay!! Top notch service!

Located in downtown and walking distance to great shops and breweries. The hotel is awesome, rooms are very large and with great views. I would definitely recommend this hotel!!

Beautiful and historical hotel. If you stay I would highly recommend walking around to read more about the building's history. It was a pretty fair price per night (~$160/week night) and the room was massive and on par with the hotel standards you'd expect (soft robes, great water pressure, nice view, well working AC, etc). It is definitely an older building though so if ultra modern is your style, it's not for you but also I think you have bad taste 💓 Out of the places I've stayed and lived in Asheville this has been the most central location wise to what you would want as a tourist. Staff was wonderfully kind and attentive to anything we needed. Thanks 💕💕

Great location, walkable everywhere. When we arrived the service was awesome, not as much in the morning. The room size was great but the bedding was not the most comfortable.

My father and I stayed here for 4 nights and we had an incredible stay! We stayed in the king suite which had a fully separate bedroom. I slept on the couch (did not pull it out) and slept great. This was the largest hotel room I have stayed in. The double sinks in the bathroom was such a plus. The staff was very kind and helpful - we loved our valets . The history of the building is really cool and added to the experience. This is a great place if you want to stay right in the heart of Asheville - would definitely stay here again!

The only thing I found that had plenty of room to improve was the males who worked behind desk at night and day could stand to be taught some customer service skills. Not very friendly and I might even say rude... valet was more courteous. At such a great higher end place you expect much better service. Both times we visited everything else was great.
