We had a girls trip to Asheville and the Haywood hotel did not disappoint. It is a beautiful hotel, staff were friendly and helpful. Everything we wanted to do was in walking distance. The arts district is super cool and fun rooftop bars close by. We will stay here again.

A gem of a hotel located in the heart of downtown Asheville it’s within an easy walking distance of shops, dining and brewpubs. It keeps its identity as a former department store blending with the history and character of the downtown. From the spacious rooms, first class amenities and professional staff to the glass of welcoming champagne at check in, this hotel was a highlight of our visit to Biltmore and the surrounding area.

I’ve stayed here many times for the past 5 years. The hotel itself is clean and unique in its design, the rooms are comfortable and spacious, and its location is impossible to beat downtown. The staff have always been very friendly, as well; this past visit, Jenna was extremely welcoming and made our stay even better than it was!
