My wife and I stayed in the Grand King Suite for our Honeymoon and it was exactly what we wanted and for way less than I expected to pay. You can tell that the hotel is going through some updates (small paint touch ups missing, older fridges, TVs had different channels), but none of that was what we were there for. The location was great, the suite was perfectly decorated, the bed was comfortable, the rooms were immaculate, and every single staff member was polite, attentive, and personable. We were both extremely happy with the stay and are both planning on returning the next time we have a big trip and recommending the Haywood Park Hotel to our friends and Family.

Great food and drinks 😋. The Young girl that was over the seating wasn't very nice. There were at least 7 empty tables. And 4 outside and she said we had to wait at least 20 minutes. And we couldn't wait at the empty tables. So we walked right pass the restaurant and watched and waited. In 20 minutes we came back and she was gone and a gentleman was there. He was extremely nice and seated us in a table that had been empty since we first got there. Our waiter was extremely nice and on point. I'll go back there. But if the Young brunette is working I'll U-turn and go elsewhere.

Mallory made our stay!! He went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Hard worker and wonderful person!

Beautiful hotel in the heart of downtown

Pure #1 customer service. Greeted with champagne or water and room came with anything on menu from Restaurant. Bellhops got car quickly. All staff was so glad to help and did it well.

Great place to stay. Helpful friendly staff. Location is perfect. U can walk everywhere. Breakfast was amazing. Rooms wonderful beds excellent. Loved it
