If you come to stay, come for the history of the establishment. You will find plenty of that here. You will also find a very kind and courteous staff that will go out of their way to make you stay pleasant and enjoyable. While the Hotel was built from a historic Department Store this did take place in the 1980's. The hotel, while clean and comfortable, may not meet the tastes of someone that expects the latest in furnishings, gadgets, and room style. It is not disappointing once you arrive, but just understand that you should enjoy this location for its antiquated ambience. There are plenty of shops, restaurants, and activities within walking distance so you can enjoy a visit without ever having to leave in your vehicle. The management of the establishment recently changed so if you have stayed before, make certain of what your reservation includes as it will have changed since your last visit. Safe Travels

Stayed here for a few days with my wife and dog. Amazing service, great service and perfect location to explore the downtown area and a short drive to the mountains for hiking and sightseeing.

Great Room. Walking distance to great food and music venues. Easy in and out.

My husband and I stayed here with our dog Cooper and we loved it! The room was huge and very clean with housekeeping service every night! The staff was incredible and so friendly! The location is perfect with lots of shops, dining, and breweries walking distance. We really love the bier garden and the French restaurant that were in the same building - great food and super convenient. We loved this hotel and we will definitely be back!
