Great evening staff, checked in within 10 minutes!

During a time when our city is going through its worst disaster in a thousand years; Haywood Park Hotel stepped up. Brought in water. Opened for guests and those needing a safe place to stay. Thank you 🙏 This is the first day I have been able to get a moment of peace since Hurricane Helena came through our town and destroyed so much. Now that I finally have myself sorted, I can work hard to help others. Front desk staff have been incredibly supportive and helpful.

Dear Haywood Hotel Team, I recently stayed at your hotel and had a wonderful experience overall. I was there about a week ago. The location was amazing, the rooms felt open and spacious, and we loved being within walking distance of so many great restaurants and activities. It was such a great stay that we extended our trip and switched rooms partway through. Unfortunately, during that room change, I lost a beloved stuffed toy hippo. He has a lot of sentimental value, and though I’m not sure what happened like if he was accidentally discarded, mixed in with laundry, or found his way into someone else's luggage. I’m holding out hope that he might still turn up. I did speak to the front desk and followed up by phone after we left, but there hasn’t been any news. If, by chance, someone does find him, I’d be beyond grateful to have him returned. I’m happy to offer a $25 reward or a custom digital pet portrait commission as a thank you, plus cover any shipping costs. Thank you so much for your time and for making our stay in Asheville so lovely. Fingers crossed my little hippo is just on a small adventure and finds his way home soon. The hotel staff was extremely friendly and attentive. The hotel is very clean with good covid 19 practices. The entire suite is very spacious with a huge vanity, huge bathroom with a TV, and jacuzzi tub. The room was big with a very comfortable bed. You get a free voucher to breakfast at Isa's Bistro(which is delicious) or Hemingway's where you can eat on the roof top. My family and I can't wait to visit again.

beautifully historic hotel and atrium even through covid and the process of some renovations. lovely tidy room and extremely helpful and courteous staff. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat. you can't beat being able to watch TV while in a huge soaking tub or that view from the bedroom looking out to the flat iron building.

I highly recommend this hotel. The service at the hotel and restaurant were amazing. The rooms were very clean and they do a great job with cleaning and sanitizing. Located in the heart of downtown, you can’t go wrong staying here.
