Loved no carpet in rooms, staff was exceptional, car parking service excellent. One of the best hotel rooms I have stayed in. Thank you 😊

The rooms are spacious and well decorated. Valet parking and all three great shops..what more can you ask for!

The Haywood is the perfect place to stay in Asheville! We walked short distances to restaurants, fun shopping, and just to get a feel for this charming, vibrant town. The valet parking service was friendly and efficient, and the hotel’s location made driving to Biltmore and the airport very easy. And the Hop On, Hop Off trolley stops right at the hotel’s front door. Another nice perk was the free champagne offered by the front desk staff starting at 5.

Decent stay. The room was huge and comfortable. I faced the front, so lots of light, but was also a bit noisy in the afternoon with street music and then early morning with trash and delivery trucks Only complaints: no bar, no restaurant, no breakfast and not even coffee. Also, everyone at check in was offered champagne. But not me; I was not "eligible". Boo hoo

We stayed several days exploring the Asheville area. This was the perfect hotel for us. It was very clean. Staff was helpful and attentive. It is a historic setting with the perfect nod to its former use. While it is not a luxury hotel the boutique quaintness was more fitting for what we were looking for.
