Had issue with Door key and room was hot

Definitely the best hotel I've ever stayed in. It was worth the money!

Clean, comfortable and historic! Location is perfect and the jet tub was to die for. Only drawback was no smart TV. Bring your own device and or adapters otherwise you will be flipping through local channels regularly.

We are local and recently had to stay here for 5 nights because our hvac broke. The staff are simply exceptional. I feel like good customer service is hard to come by these days - but every single one of these folks, reception, maintenance, valet, housekeeping - was so friendly and kind. You can’t beat the location, it’s in the heart of everything - yet absurdly quiet! The rooms are huge, the prices are totally reasonable. We had our huge pup with us the whole time, and he had plenty of space. Thank you all for making a challenging time extra special!

Very good location, helpful staff and nice large rooms. Shower could have been warmer with better water pressure
