This hotel is in a great location, walkable location, and the attached restaurant, Isa’s Bistro, serves up the the most delicious French fare. We were greeted by CJ who was an excellent hostess the entire visit. She even poured us glasses of complimentary champagne at check-in. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful hotel, good service, great location and comfy beds (and I never say that about hotel beds). It is an older building so sound carries. The rooms are definitely not sound proof. I would not plan on sleeping past 10:30 or so if you stay here. I'm up before then, but still something to note if it impacts you. Maybe bring earplugs if you are planning to sleep late. The front desk was always helpful, valet parking was hit or miss. One day there was a line waiting for the valet because the app/ texts weren't working properly. Also, you might want to bring your own toilet paper. The hotel TP is a bit rough. All in all, I would definitely stay here again!

Unique restoration of a department store. When you get off elevator a voice said " 2 nd floor men's wear" .really nice rooms. Nice linens. Great access to shops, restaurants and downtown..I live nearby mountains. A nice treat for my visiting daughter!!

Haywood Park was possibly the best place to stay to experience Asheville. It’s an old department store that’s kept a lot of its original personality, including vintage merchandise on display and little bits of its history everywhere. It was clean and roomy, we had a jacuzzi tub and a fridge and a nice comfy bed. It’s perfectly situated, with many restaurants and shops nearby. The staff was so friendly and helpful! We really enjoyed our stay and hope to return soon.
