Historic hotel in Asheville has a ton of character. Our "standard" room was quite spacious and comfortably appointed, with luxurious touches all over the place. (The fitted sheets were a nice surprise - a lot of hotels don't use them.) Champagne on check-in, chocolate every night, a comfortable quiet room in a great location: I would definitely return.

Great small mall attached to the Hotel where you can but chocolate or just dine at the cafe!

One of our favorite hotels in the US! We're usually 'points' people, but the service and perks at this historic hotel make it so worth it!

Room was roomy, and the front desk service was excellent. The bellman was nice too. Very cozy and perfectly located. Made us feel special.
